Rasika Haval

Ar. Rasika Haval is an Architect and Urban Conservationist in Kolhapur city. She is into designing and works as a Freelancer Architect in Kolhapur. She is currently working as Assistant Professor at DYPCET, School of Architecture, Kolhapur and is involved in various academic innovation activities. She is a heritage enthusiast and has recently completed her post-graduation in urban conservation from KRVIA, University of Mumbai. She is interested in research and writing, and would like to explore the ideas of heritage conservation, preserving people’s identity and their relationship with their immediate context in urbanism. She has contributed writing articles for urbanism and conservation blog by (Ar. Manoj Parmar) and for the Magazine of Indian Institute of Architects (Kolhapur chapter). She has served as master of ceremonies in various occasions with architects of the city. She is the member of European Students' Association for Cultural Heritage (ESACH) and Council of Architecture (COA), India.
